There is no specific document related to scope which will work for all type of projects. Some projects are needed a detailed summary plan and some projects are needed short summary document. - change in the client’s team and financial resources.
- appropriate change management practices.
- analysis of the cost of the incurred changes.
- increment in the scope can increase/decrease the time/cost.
